LOOP MOBILE----NO CUSTOMER CARE. CUSTOMER ISNT IMPORTANT

I NEEDED TO UPGRADE MY iphone's SOFTWARE, I DID SO. IN THE PROCESS, MY INTERNET SETTINGS WENT HAYWIRE. I, NOT BEING A VERY TECH SAVVY PERSON, TRIED TO CALL THEIR HELPLINE # 800.
I WAS CONNECTED 10 TIMES. IN EVERY ATTEMPT I WENT THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC PROCESS OF PRESS 1 FOR THIS AND PRESS 4 FOR THAT AND ALL. AT THE END AUTOMATED VOICE INFORMED ME THAT I WILL BE CHARGED 50 PAISE PER CALL BELL RANG, AT THE OTHER END SOMEBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND DISCONNECTED THE LINE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME. THIS PROCESS I REPEATED TEN TIMES WITH SIMILAR RESULT EVERY TIME.
THIS MORNING, I DECIDED TO GO AND MEET THEIR CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ( WHAT USED TO BE PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER IN OLDER TIMES ). I REACHED THEIR HEAD OFFICE, MY CAR WAS STOPPED AT THE GATE AND FIVE DARBAANS PREVENTED ME FROM GOING ANYWHERE. I DO UNDERSTAND THE SECURITY CONCERNS. I WAS WILLING TO GO THROUGH EVERY POSSIBLE SECURITY CHECK BUT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE BEYOND THE GATE. I WAS VERY RUDELY TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO VISIT THEIR GALLERY AND NOT ALLOWED TO MEET ANYBODY IN THE OFFICE.
DO LOOP MOBILE TREATS ONE OF THEIR 14 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER IN SUCH RUDE MANNER?
DO THEY HAVE ANY RIGHT TO CALL ANY OF THEIR SERVICE AS " CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE "?
IS THIS THE STATE OF ALL SERVICE INDUSTRIES IN OUR COUNTRY, TODAY?
OR I AM LIVING IN THAT OLD AGE WHERE THE CUSTOMER USED TO BE THE KING??????
