Meri bekhudi hai woh bekhudi ke khudi ka waham-o-gumaa'n nahi'n
Yeh suroor-e-saaghar-e-mai nahi'n, yeh khumar-e-khwab-e-giraa'n nahi'n

Yeh hayat-e-aalam-e-khwab hai, na azaab hai na sawaab hai
Wahi kufr-o-dee'n mein kharab hai jise ilm-e-raaz-e-jaha'n nahi'n

Woh zamee'n pe Jin ka tha dabdaba, ke bula'nd arsh pe naam tha

" Awaara sijde " ke pesh lafz mein Faiz Ahmed Faiz ne likha hai " Kaifi ki shayeri ka mizaaj kadakpan se aashiqana hai. Lekin ghanaiyah shayeri satahi takallufat aur masnoo'ii zebaisho'n se Kaifi ne bohot kam sarokaar rakha. Gham-e-Jaana'n ka zikr ho ke Gham-e-Dauraa'n ka----  bosa-e-lab ki baat ho ke bosa-e-zanjeer ki, Kaifi baat hamesha khari karte hai'n "

Kaifi ki jamaliyati hiss bohot tez  aur bohot shaista thi, yahi wajah hai ke woh chaahe kisi siyasi mauzoo par qalam uthatey ya zulf-o-kaakul ki baat chedtey ya kisi badi shakhsiyat ko mauzoo-e-sukhan banatey, unn ke ash'aar mein aisa rachao paida ho jaata tha, jo mahaaz zabaan-o-bayan par qudrat ki wajah se nahi'n paida ho sakta hai, balke " dil-e-pur-khoo'n ki gulabi " aur zauq-e-jamaal ki " masti-o-sarshari " se hi zinda-o-Javed ho sakta hai.

" Naya Husn ", " Ek Bosa ", " Nazraana " na sirf Khoobsoorat nazme'n hai'n balke Kaifi Saheb ke shayerana mizaj ko samajhne mein bhi madadgaar saabit hoti hai'n.

" Awaare Sijde " mein baaz shaharo'n aur shakhsiyato'n par bhi Kaifi Saheb ki nazme'n shaamil hai'n. Maslan:
" Nehru " , " Lenin " , "Taashqand " , " Moscow " waghairah. Yeh shayeri ke mauzoo nahi'n ho sakte lekin inn nazmo'n mein Kaifi Saheb ne apne classicki mizaj, hissas zehan se  har mauzoo ko she'rr ke saa'nche dhaal diya hai, aur inn nazmo'n' ko adabi tasaaneef ki shakal Di hai.

Ghalib ki Farsi shayeri

taqdeer ki sitam-zareefi dekhiye ke Ghalib jo sirf apni farsi shayeri par fakhr kartay thay aur apne urdu ash'aar ko " na'ng-e-mann ast " kehte huye hiqaarat ka muzaahira karte thay. aaj unhe'n urdu ash'aar ki badaulat hi duniya ke azeem sho'raa mein shumaar kiya jaata hai.

ab agar Mirza Ghalib apne Farsi kalaam par iss qadar fakhr karte hain tau sawal yeh paida hota hai ke Iran mein unn ke kalaam ko kyun nahin saraaha gaya aur Irani naqqad jo Amir Khusrau ko ek zabardsat Hindustani Farsi-go shayer tasleem karte hain, Mirza Ghalib ke ash'aar se naa-waqif kyun hain.

Uss ki wajah hai ke Ameer  Khurau uss daur ke shayer hain jab umraa-o-raoosa, sho'raa-o-tulbaa-o-auliya sab Farsi par dastaras rakhte thay. Iss liye Ameer Khusrau ki zindagi mein hi khud hindustaniyon ne unn ke kalaam ko apnaya aur hind-o-iraan ke beech aane-jaane ke musalsal silsilo'n ki wajah se unn ke4 kalaam ki shohrat Iraan tak jaa pahunchi. iss ke ilaawa, Ameer Khusrau khud ek imaanm sukhan hain. unn ke kalaam mein bhi zyada-tar S'aadi aur Nizaami jaise mash'hoor-o-m'aaroof Irani sho'raa ka asar paaya jaata hai.

meri raaye mein Ghalib ke Farsi kalaam ke maqbool na hone ki wajoohat yeh hain;
1. khud Ghalib ke zamaane mein Farsi ka daur-e-iqtedaar khatam ho chuka tha aur Farsi ki navkhez aur navjawan beti Urdu raajsinghasan par brijmaan ho chuki thi.
2.yeh ek kadwi saccchaii hai keunneeswi'n sadi mein angrezo'n ki siyasat ki bina par Iran aur Hindustan ke beech aana-jaana kam ho chuka tha.

3.teesri wajah thi ke khwaja hafiz shirazi ne Farsi mein ghazaql ko jis oonchaii tak pahunchaya, uss oonchai tak khud Iran ka koi ghazal shayer kabhi nahin pahunch saka.
4. Ghalib ke daur tak Qaseede aur Masnavi dono ki hi maqbooliyat dum tod chuki thi aur isi liye Ghalib ki achchi masnaviya'n kisi darje tak pahunch hi nahin paaii'n.
